General Instructions:
  • Allotment of seats in different courses is subject to the availability of seats in the concerned department.
  • Admission will be strictly on merit basis.
  • Seats in the Reservation categories will be allotted as per Government Guidelines.
  • Merely applying for a course does not entitle a student to claim admission into a course.
  • If a student wants to apply for more than one course, he/she should apply separately for separate course.
  • B.A. Honours course is available in Day Shift only.
  • B.A. Regular Course (earlier called Pass course) is available in Day Shift only.
  • Students who apply for Day Shift but do not get selected may be considered for the Special Shift on the basis of merit.
  • In case of any dispute regarding admission, decision of the college authorities shall be final and binding.

    • Reservation of Seats:

    In accordance with the Government Policy, there is a provision for reservation of seats for candidates belonging to OBC, MOBC, SC, ST (Plain) and ST (Hill). Some seats are also reserved for Divyanga, NCC, Scout & Guide and the candidates excelling in co-curricular activities.


    Candidates are required to submit the photo copies of the following testimonials along with the Admission Form:
  • The student must furnish any one of following supporting documents to prove their state of domicile like - PRC/Voter ID Card of self or Parent/ NRC of self or Parent/ AADHAR Card of Self or Parent/ BPL Card of Family/ Birth Certificate issued by Registrar of Birth and Death/ Passport of self or Parent.
  • The student should furnish the details of Bank Account i.e. Bank Name, Bank Branch, Account Number, IFSC Code.

    •         Before starting the application process, please ensure that you have the scan copy of the following documents:
  • Scanned copy of your Photograph(The file size should be less than 100KB and - width: 180px & height: 200px).
  • Scanned copy of Photocopy of signature(The file size should be less than 200KB)
  • Scanned copy of Age Proof (HSLC Admit card / HSLC Pass Certtificate / Birth Certificate)(The file size should be less than 500KB)
  • Scanned copy of Mark Sheet of Last Board / Council / University Examination appeared(The file size should be less than 500KB)
  • Scanned copy of HS Registration(The file size should be less than 300KB).
  • Undertaking(it can be downloaded from the website) (The file size should be less than 500KB).
  • Domicile -as specified in important guidelines (The file size should be less than 500KB).
  • Scan Copy of Bank Passbook(front-page)(The file size should be less than 500KB).
  • Proof of EWS (Optional)(The file size should be less than 500KB).

    •        Note: The Candidates who are selected for admission will be requires to produce the above mentioned documents in ORIGINAL at the time of admission.

  • Students are to Generate DHE Unique ID by going to the website : http://dheonlineadmission.amtron.in/sp/
  • A valid mobile number of the student for sending activation code. (One time applicable for one mobile number).

    • Policy
  • Refund and cancellation Policy:

    •        There is no provision for cancelling submitted application and as such no refund for cancellation request. Applicants are requested to note the transaction no for future reference and request for any type of refund will be at the sole discretion of the College.


  • Terms and Conditions:
  • For online payments, it is important for candidates to note the transaction Id for future reference.
  • Transaction charges ₹ 301 will be charged by Dharmasala College from the students for online payment of fees by any of the modes mentioned above.
  • Submission of application and payment of application fee do not make the candidate eligible for the Courses. Candidates are advised to carefully read the eligibility criteria in admission notification and information brochure before applying.
